Village Hotel Leeds South is seeking a vibrant Leisure Sales Manager to lead a team through a major refurbishment. You’ll coach Membership Advisors, drive sales tours, manage the pipeline, and sustain a resilient, positive culture while the site transforms.

Your high EQ and charismatic leadership will keep targets in focus and guests engaged. The role blends on-floor leadership with strategic planning to secure memberships and deliver a strong post-refurbishment performance across the Leisure

Qualifications

• Experience leading sales teams in hospitality or leisure sectors.
• Proven ability to coach and develop staff.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• The Vision Sell: conduct confident, informed one-to-one sales tours and sell past the scaffolding using high EQ.
• The People Leadership: recruit, induct and train Membership Advisors, manage daily rotas and maintain high energy.
• The Commercial Reality: oversee prospect database, track promos and monitor revenue-related details.
• The January Pipeline: drive numbers and roll out sales plans to launch post-refurbishment.
