Job summary

Village Hotels in the UK is seeking a Leisure Sales Manager for our new opening. You will lead, coach, and drive a team of Membership Advisors to hit ambitious revenue targets, convert prospects into members, and treat the business as your own with high-performance standards.

You will work on the floor, conduct engaging sales tours, develop quarterly plans, recruit and train staff, manage the pipeline, and ensure guests have a superb experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leisure and membership sales.
• Experience managing a membership pipeline and driving presales.
• Ability to motivate and coach a team of Membership Advisors.
• Strong leadership and floor presence for on-site sales tours.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Membership Advisors to hit revenue targets.
• Roll out quarterly sales and marketing plans and drive the pipeline.
• Recruit, induct and train staff; manage rotas and performance.
• Conduct confident, on-site sales tours and close memberships.
• Protect revenue and margin by overseeing promotions and data accuracy.
