Village is recruiting a Leisure Sales Manager to energise our Leisure Club commercial engine. You will lead, coach, and drive a team of Membership Advisors to hit stretching revenue targets, convert prospects to members, and own the customer journey on the floor with high-energy sales tours.

You will shape quarterly sales and marketing plans, recruit and train the team, and monitor performance while safeguarding revenue and margin through proactive pipeline management.

Qualificações

• Experience leading a sales team is valued; but attitude, leadership style, and energy matter more.
• Strong sales drive with a track record of achieving targets.
• Coaching and developing a team of Membership Advisors.
• Commercial awareness and ability to manage a sales pipeline.

Responsabilidades

• The Sales Hustle: roll out quarterly sales and marketing plans, hunt leads, and push the team to hit membership targets.
• The People Leadership: recruit, induct, train Membership Advisors, manage rotas, conduct performance reviews, and ensure weekly sales tasks are met.
• The Commercial Reality: oversee the prospect database, track promos, and monitor leavers, arrears and direct debits to protect revenue and margin.
• The Guest Experience: lead confident one-to-one sales tours, match packages to customers, and resolve complaints to protect reputation.
