Village Hotel - Sheffield - Leisure is seeking a LEISURE SALES MANAGER to drive a high-performance sales culture. You will lead a team of Membership Advisors, roll out quarterly plans, and push for ambitious membership targets while ensuring an excellent guest experience on the floor.

You will coach, recruit, and schedule the team, manage pipelines and promotions, and stay hands-on with sales tours to convert prospects into members while maintaining strong revenue margins.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a sales team and coaching staff.
• Commercial awareness and a target-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive quarterly sales and marketing plans and hit membership targets.
• Recruit, induct and train Membership Advisors; manage rotas and reviews.
• Oversee the prospect database and promotional activities to protect revenue.
• Lead confident sales tours and resolve customer issues to maintain our reputation.
