Leisure (Operations) is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee the safe, efficient day-to-day operation of the leisure centre. You will lead shifts, manage staffing levels and deliver high standards of customer service and site presentation.

The role involves coordinating across departments and representing senior management when required. You will monitor health and safety, respond to concerns, manage incidents and support recruitment and development of frontline staff while maintaining accurate

Formación

• Holds a valid NPLQ or FAW qualification.
• Competent in Word and Excel.
• Background supervising teams in leisure/hospitality/customer-facing environments.
• Involvement in health and safety, incident response or operational compliance.
• Experience handling customer enquiries or service issues in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilidades
