Places Leisure Group is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee a busy leisure centre. You will manage, recruit and train staff, address customer concerns and drive membership growth, while preparing reports and attending meetings.

The role requires a proactive leader who can ensure the centre operates efficiently on a day-to-day basis. Applicants should be prepared to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays and hold the essential NPLQ qualification.

Qualifications

• Supervisory/management capacity within a leisure facility is desirable.
• NPLQ qualification is essential.
• Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
