Job summary

Places for People is seeking a Duty Manager for Places Leisure to lead a large team and oversee day-to-day operations at the centre in London. You will recruit, train and manage staff, handle customer concerns, drive memberships and prepare reports for meetings with senior staff.

The role requires a flexible approach including evenings, weekends and public holidays, and you will be an on-site manager with responsibility for service quality and staff welfare.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team in a leisure or similar facility.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
