Job summary

Crerar Hotels is seeking a Leisure Attendant and Lifeguard to ensure guest safety and enjoyment in our gym, pool and leisure areas. You will prepare the leisure club each morning, maintain high cleanliness standards, and follow all policies.

Depending on qualifications, you may assist with swimming lessons and act as lifeguard and first aider. We offer £13.45 per hour, flexible weekend hours, and benefits such as Wagestream, YuLife health rewards, and employee discounts across our hotels.

Qualifications

• Strong swimming skills required to pass a swimming test.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Depending on your qualifications, you may also assist with swimming lessons and act as a lifeguard and first aider. Strong swimming skills are required to pass a swimming test, and while relevant experience is preferred, we are happy to train the right person. Flexibility with working hours, including weekends, along with good communication skills, punctuality, and a positive attitude, will help you thrive in this role.
