Job summary

Crerar Hotels Group is hiring a Room Attendant to maintain high cleanliness standards across our Scotland and Lake District hotels. You will prepare guest bedrooms and bathrooms, help with laundry and linen distribution, and ensure guest supplies are replenished.

You will report any issues to the Head Housekeeper and keep cupboards stocked, while following health and safety guidelines. We value reliability, a polished appearance, and a passion for guest service.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential.
• Reliability and professional presentation are important for guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare guest bedrooms and bathrooms.
• Assist with laundry and linen distribution.
• Replenish guest supplies and report lost property to Head Housekeeper.
• Keep housekeeping cupboards well stocked.
• Clean corridors within assigned sections and follow health and safety guidelines.
• Complete any duties requested by the Head Housekeeper while working under pressure.

You will prepare guest bedrooms and bathrooms, assist with laundry and linen distribution, and replenish guest supplies. Additionally, you will report any lost property or damaged items to the Head Housekeeper and ensure housekeeping cupboards are well-stocked. In your role, you'll also clean corridor areas within your assigned section, follow all health and safety guidelines, and complete any other duties requested by the Head Housekeeper. A collaborative approach and the ability to work under pressure will help you succeed in this dynamic role.
