Job summary

Crerar Hotels is seeking a Leisure Attendant to ensure guest safety and enjoyment in the gym, pool, and leisure areas. You will help prepare the leisure club each morning and maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facilities. Flexibility with working hours, including weekends, and strong communication are essential.

Depending on qualifications, first-aid duties may be required. Swimming tests must be passed.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or aptitude
• Ability to work well in a team
• Strong communication skills and reliability
• Swimming ability suitable to pass a swimming test
• Punctual and flexible with shifts, including weekends

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety, comfort and enjoyment of guests in the gym, pool and leisure areas.
• Prepare the leisure club each morning and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Follow all policies and procedures; may assist as a first aider; adapt to varying shifts including weekends.

As a Leisure Attendant at Crerar Hotels

A strong commitment to customer service is essential, along with the ability to work as part of a team while taking the initiative when needed. Your duties will include preparing the leisure club each morning, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and ensuring all policies and procedures are followed. Depending on your qualifications, you may also assist as a first aider. Strong swimming skills are required to pass a swimming test, and while relevant experience is preferred, we are happy to train the right person. Flexibility with working hours, including weekends, along with good communication skills, punctuality, and a positive attitude, will help you thrive in this role.
