Job summary

Crerar Hotels Group is seeking a Bar Attendant to deliver outstanding guest service across our Scotland and Lake District hotels. You will engage guests, assist with requests, and support bar and dining operations with a positive, can-do attitude.

You will learn menus, upsell offerings, and work as part of a friendly team to create memorable guest experiences in a luxurious setting.

With a can‑do attitude and a keen interest in food and drink, you’ll quickly learn about our menus and the hotel, confidently upselling dishes, wines, and the hotel’s amenities. Experience in a similar role will be an advantage, but your enthusiasm and commitment to providing excellent service will be key to your success.
