Job summary

Crerar Hotels is seeking a Leisure Attendant to ensure the safety, comfort and enjoyment of guests in our gym, pool and leisure areas. You will help prepare the leisure club each morning, uphold high cleanliness standards, and follow all policies.

Depending on qualifications, you may assist as a first aider and will need strong swimming skills to pass a test. Flexibility with weekends and excellent customer service will help you thrive in this role, at our stunning Scottish and Lake District

Qualifications

Leisure Attendant

at Crerar Hotels, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of our guests in the gym, pool, and leisure areas. A strong commitment to customer service is essential, along with the ability to work as part of a team while taking the initiative when needed. Your duties will include preparing the leisure club each morning, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and ensuring all policies and procedures are followed. Depending on your qualifications, you may also assist as a first aider. Strong swimming skills are required to pass a swimming test, and while relevant experience is preferred, we are happy to train the right person. Flexibility with working hours, including weekends, along with good communication skills, punctuality, and a positive attitude, will help you thrive in this role.
