Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Technician/Mechanic in HGV or related sectors.
• Ideally served a recognized apprenticeship or training program.
• Excellent technical knowledge ensuring maintenance to manufacturer’s procedures.

Responsibilities

• Servicing and maintaining trucks and vehicles.
• Carrying out safety inspections and preparing vehicles for MOT.
• Fault diagnostics and ensuring repairs are safe and up to standards.

Skills

Technical knowledge in HGV maintenance

Fault diagnosis

Ability to complete paperwork accurately

Full UK driving licence

Education

Level 3 qualification in Commercial Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
