Job summary

A leading UK DAF Truck dealer is seeking an HGV Technician for the Nightshift in Leicester. This role offers competitive hourly rates depending on experience, along with various training and development opportunities. Responsibilities include servicing trucks, conducting safety inspections, and ensuring repairs follow manufacturer procedures. Ideal candidates will have prior experience as a Technician or Mechanic in a related field, and a Level 3 qualification in Commercial Vehicle Maintenance. Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Technician/Mechanic in HGV or related sector.
• Ability to participate in breakdowns and repair vehicles.
• Skills in following company processes for paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Servicing and maintaining a variety of Trucks and Vehicles.
• Carry out safety inspections and prepare vehicles for MOTs.
• Ensure repairs are safe and in accordance with manufacturer’s procedures.
