Niyaa People Ltd. is recruiting a Temporary Lettings Assistant to support a housing association in Leicester. The role involves engaging with prospective tenants, conducting property viewings, and guiding applicants through the lettings process.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service, strong communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Travel across Leicester will be required on a regular basis.

Formación

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Confident and comfortable dealing with people face-to-face.
• Well organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Holds a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Experience in housing lettings is desirable but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants across Leicester and surrounding areas.
• Meet with prospective tenants face-to-face and provide a professional, welcoming service.
• Assist tenants through the lettings process and help complete paperwork.
• Support signing tenants up to properties and complete relevant documentation.
• Liaise with tenants and colleagues to ensure a smooth lettings process.
• Help reduce the backlog of vacant properties by progressing lets efficiently.
• Provide clear information and guidance to tenants throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate records and update information promptly.
• Travel between properties across Leicester and surrounding areas.
