Penguin Recruitment Ltd in Maidstone (Kent-wide travel) is seeking an experienced Legionella Risk Assessor to join its water hygiene team. You will carry out risk assessments on council buildings across Maidstone and the wider Kent area, survey hot and cold water systems, and produce reports.

The role requires at least 2 years’ risk assessment experience, knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG274, a full UK driving licence and a DBS check.

A leading water hygiene and water treatment specialist is looking for an experienced Legionella Risk Assessor to join its team. With over 25 years in the industry and a hand in shaping industry guidelines, it’s a business with a strong reputation and a steady workload.

The role

As a Legionella Risk Assessor, you’ll be:

• Carrying out risk assessments on council buildings across Maidstone and the wider Kent area
• Covering schools and commercial premises
• Surveying hot and cold water systems
• Producing reports and schematic drawings
• Recommending remedial actions in line with ACOP L8 and HSG274

• £40,000 – £45,000 basic salary

About you

You’ll be an experienced Legionella Risk Assessor with:
