Penguin Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Legionella Risk Assessor for council properties in Tunbridge Wells and across Kent. This role keeps all work within Kent, offering a better work-life balance while maintaining salary.

You will survey hot and cold water systems, identify risks, and recommend control measures in line with ACOP L8 and HSG274. A Full UK driving licence and DBS check are required, with opportunity to work across schools and commercial buildings.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years' experience in Legionella risk assessment.
• Strong working knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG274.
• Confidence managing your own workload and liaising with clients.
• Full DBS
• Full UK driving licence

Responsabilidades

• Completing risk assessments for council properties in Tunbridge Wells and throughout Kent

• Producing detailed reports with schematic drawings
