Job summary

Fern Recruitment Limited is seeking a Legionella Risk Assessor to support a range of high-profile client sites across London and the South-East. The role requires 5+ years’ experience and an industry qualification (Foundation or Advanced), with strong ACOP L8 and HSG274 understanding.

The assessor will evaluate hot/cold-water systems, deadlegs/pipework and TMVs, produce detailed reports with drawings, and advise on further works.

Qualifications

• 5+ years working as a Legionella Risk Assessor on commercial and/or residential sites
• Hold an industry recognised qualification (Foundation or Advanced)
• Thorough understanding ACOP L8 and HSG274 regulations
• Full driving license
• DBS Enhanced check

Responsibilities

• Assess hot and cold-water systems, deadlegs/pipework and TMVs.
• Write detailed reports with schematic drawings and provide client recommendations for further works.

A well-established environmental and facilities management consultancy is expanding its technical team and is seeking a Legionella Risk Assessor to support a range of high-profile client sites throughout London and the South-East.

Established 15 years ago, the business delivers specialist consultancy and compliance services across a diverse client base, including healthcare, education, commercial offices and public-sector organisations.

To apply the Legionella Risk Assessor will require the following experience:

• 5+ years working as a Risk Assessor covering both commercial and/or residential sites
• Hold an industry recognised qualification (Foundation or Advanced)
• Have a thorough understanding ACOP L8 and HSG274 regulations
• Full driving license
• DBS checked (Enhanced)

The Legionella Risk Assessor will assess areas including hot and cold-water systems, deadleg/pipework and TMV's, writing detailed reports including schematic drawings and providing clients with recommendations for further works.
