Job summary

Future Select Recruitment are recruiting an experienced Legionella Risk Assessor for roles based in Dartford and the South East. You will conduct risk assessments on domestic hot and cold water systems and provide technical recommendations to ensure compliance with ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines.

The role requires hands-on field work, reporting, and client liaison. A City and Guilds in Legionella Risk Assessing is essential; a company vehicle and fuel card are provided as part of the benefits

Qualifications

• Will hold the City and Guilds (WMSoc) in Legionella Risk Assessing.
• Strong hands-on experience of carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments.
• Good working knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines.
• Confident using software to complete reports.
• Good literacy and numeracy skills; hardworking nature.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legionella risk assessments on domestic hot and cold water systems.
• Identifying any compliance concerns within existing systems.
• Making appropriate technical recommendations for remedial works.
• Collating findings to produce bespoke technical reports.
• Creating schematic drawings.
• Water sampling and temperature monitoring.
• Working in line with set deadlines.
• Acting as a key point of call for clients.

Job Title: Legionella Risk Assessor

Location: Dartford, Kent

Salary/Benefits: £27k - £40k + Training & Benefits

We are recruiting for an experienced and qualified Legionella Risk Assessor in the South East of England. You will be joining a privately-owned company, who have a stronghold across the region. They are seeking someone who is able to work self-sufficiently, with a proven foundation of technical knowledge alongside strong hands-on experience. As a minimum, you will be confident with conducting risk assessments on domestic hot and cold water systems, if you have experience with process systems, this would be advantageous but not essential. Salaries on offer are competitive and benefits include a company vehicle and fuel card.
