Responsibilities of the Legionella Risk Assessor

• Completing risk assessments for council properties in Tunbridge Wells and throughout Kent
• Working across schools and commercial buildings
• Surveying hot and cold water systems on site
• Identifying risks and recommending suitable control measures
• Producing detailed reports with schematic drawings
• Advising clients on remedial actions in line with ACOP L8 and HSG274

What you’ll bring

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Legionella risk assessment
• Strong working knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG274
• Confidence managing your own workload and liaising with clients
• Full DBS
• Full UK driving licence
