• Existing technical knowledge in Legionella / Water Hygiene.
• Strong track record in Office Management or Administration.
• Knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines preferred.
• Ability to delegate and manage teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of administrators within the office.
• Schedule works for site staff efficiently.
• Monitor service levels to ensure client satisfaction.
• Liaise with clients to discuss projects and maintain relationships.
• Process reports, quotations, and invoices.
