Our client is a well-established and highly successful water treatment/water hygiene company and they are now looking to employ an experienced Legionella Administrator/Project Co‑ordinator in the Midlands region. Applications from Derby, Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Nottingham and the surrounding areas will be considered.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Good educational and water hygiene administrative background.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office Package.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a project coordinator role beneficial.
Role
  • Planning and scheduling the Engineer’s daily workload throughout the country.
  • Collating Legionella Risk assessments.
  • Completing and uploading reports.
  • Liaising with clients and customers on a regular basis.
  • Dealing with internal and external databases.
  • Produce schematic drawings using CAD software.
  • Attending meetings and taking minutes.
  • Carrying out any other administrative duties as required.
