Location: Central London (Hybrid: 4 days office / 1 day WFH)

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a prestigious and rapidly growing US law firm, which is seeking an experienced Corporate Legal Secretary to join their high-performing team in London on a permanent basis.

This exciting opportunity will see you supporting three Senior Partners within the firm's Corporate team, making prior experience in corporate law essential.

Key Responsibilities:

·Proactive diary management and scheduling

·Coordinating complex travel arrangements

·Opening and maintaining client files

·Compiling and formatting legal documentation

·Supporting business development and marketing initiatives

·Preparing and processing billing guides

·Managing and updating internal databases

Candidate Profile:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

·Previous experience as a Legal Secretary within a Corporate law practice (essential)

·Strong organisational and time management skills

·A professional, client-focused approach with excellent communication skills

·The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

·Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to an advanced level
