£24,000 plus excellent benefits including 25 days holiday with additional days awarded based on length of service, health care plan, early Friday finish, and flexible working options post-probation.

Overview

My prestigious client based in Chester is looking for a Legal Secretary to join its well established and friendly team. This is an ideal role for someone with some previous Legal secretarial experience to join a professional concern. There are also opportunities for progression for the right candidates.

Essential Experience
  • Previous experience in a Secretarial role, ideally from the Legal Sector
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional client service
  • Good organisation and planning skills, with an ability to prioritise workload effectively and work to tight deadlines
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience in a professional office would be desirable but not essential
Key Duties
  • Providing a friendly and efficient service to clients and colleagues
  • Preparation of documents through accurate typing
  • Preparation of emails and diary system and TEAMS
  • Dealing with client both on the telephone and face to face
  • Making appointments and diary management
  • Accurate filing and storage
  • Assisting with front of house reception duties
