Job summary

Qualifications

• Legal Executive or equivalent legal qualification required.
• Preferably experience advocating in the Magistrates' Court.
• Valid driving licence and own transport required.

Responsibilities

• Act as an advocate in the Magistrates' Court on behalf of the Chief Constable of Kent Police to seek DVPOs.
• Manage a personal caseload covering licensing, civil injunctions, crime enquiries and other civil orders.
• Attend court on Saturdays as part of a rota arrangement.
