A renowned educational institution in Broxbourne is looking for an enthusiastic Lecturer for Childcare and Health and Social Care. This part-time, fixed-term role offers a salary between £21,537 and £27,105 depending on qualifications and experience. The lecturer will deliver teaching at various levels and support students in their learning journey. Candidates should have a passion for teaching and experience in the relevant subjects. Location: Broxbourne Campus – Broxbourne, HRT EN10 6AE GB (Primary)
Lecturer Childcare & Health and Social Care: Fixed Term Contract – 6 Months – Part time (23.4 hours per week)
Salary: £21,537‑£27,105 per annum depending on qualifications and experience.
Holiday Entitlement: 42 days plus bank and public holidays pro rata.

Days to be worked:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic lecturer to deliver the full range of professional services associated with teaching, learning, assessment and student support. The role involves teaching Health and Social Care and Childcare units at levels 1, 2, 3 on full‑time programmes accredited by OCR and NCFE CACHE.
• Passion for teaching and engaging with students.
• Collaborative, initiative‑driven, with strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Competent in IT systems.
• Experience teaching underpinning theory in childcare, health and social care.
• Experience in Personal Tutoring and Programme Managing cohorts, including working with learners with physical, emotional and social additional needs.
• Holds a degree in the curriculum or related subject, with a Teacher Training qualification, or the willingness to complete it within a specific timeframe.
