Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing Associate in Manchester for a fixed-term contract spanning roughly 14 months, from September/October 2026 to January 2028. You will drive sales, coordinate viewings, and ensure a seamless resident experience across the community.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, maintaining accurate records, supporting events, and collaborating with contractors to uphold service standards. A strong customer-service mindset and fluent English are essential.

Qualifications

Excellent customer service and ability to meet sales targets.
Strong communication in English, both written and spoken.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with property operations software is a plus.

Responsibilities

Conducts sales and leasing activities including viewings, follow-ups and conversions.
Plan daily activities to maximise leasing targets.
Update data capture systems and records accurately and timely.
Welcomes on-site enquiries and delivers exceptional customer service.
Responds to online and email enquiries professionally and promptly.
Support cross-selling and assist with move-in/move-out processes.
Maintain health, safety compliance and administrative tasks.
