Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and significant experience in a sales role in a similar world class accommodation/hospitality/leisure or reservations/membership environment.

• Organizational skills with multi-tasking and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conducts sales and leasing activities including viewings and enquiries.
• Plans and organises daily activities to maximise leasing numbers.
• Converts leads into viewing appointments and bookings.
• Maintains accurate data capture and contact details.
• Welcomes on-site enquiries with exceptional customer service.
• Follows up on documentation, contracts, and payments.
• Manages move-in/move-out processes.
• Responds to online and email enquiries professionally.
• Supports cross-selling across communities.
• Inspects community and leasing materials for viewings.
• Delivers front-of-house service and resident events support.
