Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC in Stevenage is seeking a Leasing Associate to drive daily leasing operations and deliver an exceptional resident experience. The role covers marketing, viewings, tenancy administration, and relationship-building with contractors and suppliers.

The position is a 6‑month fixed-term contract requiring strong sales and customer service skills, with a focus on achieving targeted leasing numbers and ensuring seamless resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Proficiency in using property operations software; training provided.
• Excellent customer service skills and experience in a sales role within accommodation/hospitality.
• Ability to influence, adapt quickly and exceed customer service and sales targets.
• Strong organisation skills with the ability to multitask and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Conducts sales and leasing activities including viewings, follow-ups and conversions.
• Plan daily activities to maximise leasing targets.
• Update data capture systems and contact details accurately and promptly.
• Greet on-site inquiries and provide first-class customer service.
• Coordinate documentation, contract returns and payments.
• Manage resident move-ins/outs and scheduling of visits.
• Respond to webchat and email inquiries professionally.
• Support cross-selling to meet resident needs.
• Maintain show units and leasing materials to meet viewing standards.
• Develop knowledge of local amenities and drive customer experience.
