Carcomparison in Exeter, United Kingdom is seeking a confident, driven phone-based Leasing Consultant to convert warm leads and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will respond to inbound enquiries, explain leasing options, and guide customers to the best deal while working with dealerships and funders.

The role offers 25 days holiday, uncapped commission and a strong training program. Hours: Mon-Fri 08:30–18:00 with Saturday rota.

Qualifications

• Experience in telesales or contact centres is desirable.
• Ability to communicate clearly and confidently over the phone.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle a busy workload.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming enquiries — warm leads, not cold calls.
• Conduct engaging telephone conversations to understand customer needs.
• Follow a sales process to support high conversion rates.
• Build rapport and guide customers to the best leasing deal.
• Coordinate with dealerships, funders and internal teams to ensure a smooth journey.
• Stay organised with multiple leads and follow-ups.
