Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with inbound leads and existing customers.
• Understand customers' leasing needs and future plans.
• Provide cost-effective fleet solutions using the bespoke system.
• Deliver confident telephone interactions, asking the right questions and confirming understanding.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create leasing solutions and maintain premium customer service.
