• Respond to incoming enquiries — all warm leads, no cold calling.
• Conduct engaging telephone conversations to understand customer needs.
• Follow a proven sales process designed to support high conversion rates.
• Build rapport, explain options clearly, and guide customers to the best deal.
• Work closely with dealerships, funders and internal teams to ensure a smooth leasing journey.
• Stay organised, managing multiple leads, follow-ups, and customer updates.

Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 - 18:00 with an hour for lunch, plus Saturday mornings on a rota basis!
