Job summary

The People Pod is building a modern, technology-led leasing function across the UK. This Sheffield-area leasing role focuses on turning inquiries into applications, showing properties, and developing a growing patch with ambitious growth plans.

You’ll work with AI-powered tools to remove admin and focus on building relationships, leasing homes, and earning commission within a supportive team and leadership style designed to promote internal growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, lettings or customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident using CRM systems and technology.
• Organised and detail-focused with a target-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Following up with prospects via phone, email and WhatsApp.
• Converting enquiries into applications and move-ins.
• Managing applicants throughout the leasing journey.
• Conducting viewings and building strong customer relationships.
• Owning and developing your patch across Sheffield and the surrounding area.
• Progressing applications through referencing and tenancy stages.
• Managing listings and ensuring property information remains accurate.
• Providing market feedback and leasing trends.
