The People Pod in Sheffield is seeking a proactive Leasing Consultant to manage a growing portfolio across Sheffield and surrounding areas, helping residents find their next home while driving the company’s ambitious growth plans.

You will work with modern systems and AI-powered tools to reduce admin, build strong relationships, conduct viewings, progress applications, and earn competitive commission through strong performance.

Qualifications

• Sales, lettings, leasing or customer-facing experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident using CRM systems and technology.
• Organised and detail-focused.
• Motivated by targets, growth and progression.

Responsabilités

• Follow up with prospects via phone, email and WhatsApp.
• Convert enquiries into applications and move-ins.
• Manage applicants throughout the leasing journey.
• Conduct viewings and build strong customer relationships.
• Own and develop your patch across Sheffield and surrounding area.
• Progress applications through referencing and tenancy stages.
• Manage listings and ensure property information remains accurate.
• Provide market feedback, customer insight and leasing trends.
