Leasing Associate – London – £30K

OPR are working exclusively with a leading residential operator to source a proactive and customer-focused Leasing Associate for a flagship property in Southfields, London. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering high-quality customer service while supporting a vibrant residential community.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for prospective members via phone, email, live chat, and in-person enquiries
• Conduct property tours (virtual and in-person), showcasing apartments and the community lifestyle
• Guide prospects through the application and leasing process efficiently and professionally
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and leasing activity in CRM systems
• Proactively manage lease renewals, supporting retention and building strong resident relationships
• Support new members during move-in, ensuring a smooth transition and positive first impression
• Liaise with marketing, operations, and community teams to align on leasing goals and campaigns
• Stay informed on local market conditions, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies

About You

• Experience in sales, leasing, or customer service, ideally within residential property, hospitality, or BTR sectors
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset
• Comfortable using CRM systems and digital communication tools
• Motivated, proactive, and driven to achieve individual and team targets
• Organised, professional, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
