The role includes out-of-class academic support and completing administrative duties to record student progress. Term-time only and part-time options are available with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above (or equivalent).
• Experience with learners aged 16-25 with additional needs is desirable.
• Willingness to learn Office 365 and its applications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with curriculum staff to support learner progress.
• Supervise learners during unstructured times (breaks, lunch, arrivals/departures).
• Provide out-of-class academic support for learners individually or in groups.
