Job summary

Teaching Personnel in North Bristol is seeking Learning Support Assistants to work across primary schools on a full-time, term-time basis. You’ll support pupils 1:1 or in small groups, help sustain engagement, and contribute to a positive classroom environment.

Candidates with backgrounds in Youth Work, Sports Coaching, Teaching, Social Work or similar are welcome. The role runs Monday to Friday during term time, with a daily rate of £92-£105 inclusive of holiday pay.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people (paid or voluntary)
• A positive, patient, and proactive attitude
• Strong communication skills
• A genuine interest in supporting children's development
• Ability to commit to a full-time, term-time role
