Job summary

United Colleges Group seeks Learning Support Assistants to support a cohort of Level 1–3 vocational learners, including English and Maths. You will assist SEN students in and out of class, promoting inclusivity and helping develop independence and critical thinking.

The role requires excellent communication and administrative skills, a proactive team player attitude, and a commitment to safeguarding young people and vulnerable adults. Term-time, permanent posts.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting students with Special Education Needs (SEN).
• Ability to assist 1:1 and small groups.
• Commitment to safeguarding young people and vulnerable adults.
• Strong communication and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Support students in and out of class to access activities and tasks.
• Help raise employability prospects and progress for ALS learners.
• Maintain detailed records for reports and annual reviews.
