Job summary

Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a Learning Support Assistant for Berkshire College of Agriculture campus. The role is full-time, term-time only, 37 hours per week across 37 weeks per year, with a pro‑rate salary on Scale G from £21,166.19 to £22,662.10.

You will support students in English, Maths and ICT, follow EHCP guidance and work under supervision of senior staff. Essential qualifications include Level 2 English and Maths at GCSE and experience or qualifications in supporting

Qualifications

• Level 2 GCSE English and Maths required.
• Experience supporting individuals with learning difficulties such as Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, and Dyspraxia.
• Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, delivery and evaluation of learning activities.
• Support whole classes, small groups or individuals in line with EHCPs.
• Monitor student behaviour and maintain confidential records.
