Job summary

Veritas Education is seeking a Learning Support Mentor to assist pupils with SEMH in a supportive, structured environment across local schools in Chigwell and surrounding areas.

You will work 1:1 and in small groups to promote positive behaviour, engagement and learning, providing tailored support and assisting with behaviour plans and emotional regulation strategies. Prior experience with SEMH/SEND is desirable and a calm, patient approach is essential.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with children or young people in any setting beneficial.

Learning Support Mentor

Pay: £90-£115 per day - DOE

Mon-Fri, Daily Hours 8:00am - 4:00pm

We're looking for dedicated Learning Support Mentors to support pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs.
