Overview

The Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join our Creative Arts team at Berkshire College of Agriculture on a fixed-term, term-time-only contract.

Learning Support Assistant – Creative Arts

As a Learning Support Assistant your role will involve enabling students to access the curriculum as fully as possible, supporting them to work towards their desired outcomes, achieving their learning goals and potential.

This is a part-time, fixed-term position ending 26/06/2026, working 08:30 – 17:00 on Mondays and Tuesdays and 08:30 – 16:30 on Fridays at our Berkshire College of Agriculture.

You will work under the direction and supervision of the Curriculum Director, Programme Manager and Lecturers to assist with teaching, learning and related activities in accordance with college policies, procedures and individual Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCP).

You will support whole classes as well as individuals and small groups of learners, assisting with planning, delivery and evaluation of learning activities and working closely with pastoral and welfare staff to support students in overcoming learning, physical or emotional barriers.
