Job summary

TimePlan Education Group is seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our Southampton primary school partners. You will provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils, supporting learning, development and wellbeing.

You'll work closely with teachers, adapt activities for diverse needs, encourage inclusive behaviour, and build strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents across time-bound term dates.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a primary school or educational setting.
  • Knowledge of supporting pupils with SEND, including autism, ADHD, or speech and language needs.
  • A patient, caring, and proactive approach to helping children succeed.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Are you passionate about helping children thrive in their education? Do you have the skills and experience to support pupils with their learning, development, and wellbeing? We are seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our dedicated team across Southampton primary schools.

The role:

Contract: Full-time, term time only
