Edinburgh College is seeking a Learning Support Advisor to join our Learning Support & Disability Services team. You will identify, assess and coordinate support for students who disclose a disability or additional support need, ensuring access to learning and success.
You will work with students, academic staff and external partners, promoting inclusive practice, delivering advice, and supporting reasonable adjustments across College campuses.

As a Learning Support Advisor, you will identify, assess and coordinate support for students who disclose a disability or additional support need.
Using your specialist knowledge and understanding of disability, inclusion, and relevant legislation, you will work collaboratively with students, academic staff, and external partners to ensure students can access their learning, achieve their goals, and fulfil their potential.
You will play a key role in promoting inclusive practice across the College by providing advice, training and guidance to staff, supporting the implementation of reasonable adjustments, and contributing to a culture that values equality, diversity and accessibility.
