Overview

At Bath & North East Somerset Council we have one overriding purpose to improve people’s lives. We are seeking an experienced and creative Learning and Participation Manager to lead the development, delivery, and evaluation of high-quality learning and engagement programmes across the Roman Baths and the Victoria Art Gallery. This is an exciting opportunity to shape meaningful educational and community experiences within Bath’s world-class heritage environment.

You will manage a multi-strand programme including schools, families, communities, and volunteers. As a key member of the Heritage Services team, you will champion inclusive practice, build strong partnerships, and ensure our learning and engagement offer is ambitious, accessible and impactful.
