We are seeking an experienced and creative Learning and Participation Manager to lead the development, delivery, and evaluation of high-quality learning and engagement programmes across the Roman Baths and the Victoria Art Gallery. This is an exciting opportunity to shape meaningful educational and community experiences within Bath’s world-class heritage environment.
You will manage a multi-strand programme including schools, families, communities, and volunteers. As a key member of the Heritage Services team, you will champion inclusive practice, build strong partnerships, and ensure our learning and engagement offer is ambitious, accessible and impactful.
