Yorkshire Water is seeking a Learning Design Specialist to join the People Team in Leeds. You will develop high-quality learning content and pathways, working under the Learning Design Manager to ensure engaging, outcome-focused learning experiences.

The role is permanent, full-time (37 hours) with hybrid working from Leeds Valley Park, requiring collaboration with SMEs and stakeholders to deliver on-brand solutions that support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience designing or developing learning content.
• Understanding of learning design principles and adult learning.
• Confident using digital learning tools, authoring platforms, or Microsoft 365 to create engaging content.
• Translate complex information into clear learning materials.
• Strong written communication and storytelling skills.
• Attention to brand, accessibility and governance standards.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to develop solutions.
• Curiosity to learn new tools and techniques.
