Qualifications

• Strong expertise in learning design and product development, including digital, face to face and blended learning.
• Experience taking learning products from need through development, implementation, evaluation and improvement.
• Strong product and project management skills with ability to move complex work forward.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of courses, digital content and blended learning products from need to scale.
• Turn audience needs and priorities into accessible, scalable learning offers.
• Manage products from concept to evaluation and improvement; decide on create/adapt/withdraw.
