Job summary

Membership Bespoke is seeking a Senior Learning Manager to shape and grow its learning portfolio for members. The role is home-based with travel across the UK, including quarterly all-staff meetings in London, and reports to the Director of Learning.

You will lead webinars, conferences, masterclasses, training and short courses, while managing budgets and leveraging audience insight to guide decisions, delivering professional development and sustainable income.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a portfolio of learning products, events or programmes, ideally within a professional body or membership organisation.
• Confident managing budgets and income, using audience insight to guide decisions.
• Balance strategic planning with hands-on delivery.
• Strong project management and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Experience across digital, in-person and hybrid learning, sponsorship, partnerships or volunteer networks would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

A leading professional membership body is looking for a Senior Learning Manager to shape and grow its learning portfolio for members.

The Role

You'll lead a varied programme of webinars, conferences, masterclasses, training and short courses, ensuring it meets members’ professional development needs and delivers sustainable income.

Reporting to the Director of Learning, you'll manage the Learning Delivery Manager and two Learning and Volunteering Officers, working closely with colleagues, volunteers, speakers, partners and suppliers.
