Job summary

Membership Bespoke is seeking a Learning Lead to shape and grow its learning portfolio for members. You’ll oversee a varied programme including webinars, conferences, masterclasses, training and short courses, ensuring relevance to members and sustainable income.

Reporting to the Director of Learning, you’ll manage the Learning Delivery Manager and two Learning and Volunteering Officers, collaborating with staff, volunteers, speakers, partners and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a portfolio of learning products or programmes.
• Ability to manage budgets and revenue targets.
• Strong project management and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in digital, in-person and hybrid learning, sponsorships or partnerships is advantageous.

Home Based with occasional UK travel, including quarterly all-staff meetings in London.

A leading professional membership body is looking for a Learning Lead to shape and grow its learning portfolio for members.

The Role

You’ll lead a varied programme of webinars, conferences, masterclasses, training and short courses, ensuring it meets members’ professional development needs and delivers sustainable income.

Reporting to the Director of Learning, you’ll manage the Learning Delivery Manager and two Learning and Volunteering Officers, working closely with colleagues, volunteers, speakers, partners and suppliers.

About You

You’ll bring experience managing a portfolio of learning products, events or programmes, ideally within a professional body or membership organisation.

You’ll be confident managing budgets and income, using audience insight to guide decisions, and balancing strategic planning with hands-on delivery.

Strong project management and relationship-building skills are essential.

Experience across digital, in-person and hybrid learning, sponsorship, partnerships or volunteer networks would be an advantage.
