Job summary

Membership Bespoke is seeking a Head of Learning to shape and expand its learning portfolio for members. The role covers webinars, conferences, masterclasses, training and short courses, delivered across digital, in-person and hybrid formats.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a portfolio of learning products, events or programmes.
• Ability to manage budgets and income.
• Strong project management and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using audience insight to guide decisions and balance strategy with delivery.
• Experience across digital, in-person and hybrid learning; sponsorship, partnerships or volunteering networks would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead a varied programme of webinars, conferences, masterclasses, training and short courses to meet members’ professional development needs.
• Manage the Learning Delivery Manager and two Learning and Volunteering Officers; work with colleagues, volunteers, speakers, partners and suppliers.
• Shape and grow the learning portfolio, ensuring it delivers sustainable income.
• Report to the Director of Learning and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
