Job summary

Membership Bespoke is seeking a Learning Lead to shape and grow its learning portfolio for members. You’ll oversee a varied programme including webinars, conferences, masterclasses, training and short courses, ensuring relevance to members and sustainable income.

Reporting to the Director of Learning, you’ll manage the Learning Delivery Manager and two Learning and Volunteering Officers, collaborating with staff, volunteers, speakers, partners and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a portfolio of learning products or programmes.
• Ability to manage budgets and revenue targets.
• Strong project management and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in digital, in-person and hybrid learning, sponsorships or partnerships is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead webinars, conferences, masterclasses, trainings and short courses.
• Work with colleagues, volunteers, speakers, partners and suppliers to deliver programmes.
• Ensure learning portfolio meets members' professional development needs and generates income.
